Join our Boardwalk team for a California summer of work and fun at the beach!
If you would like to be part of our international Work and Travel Program you must commit to working through September 1, 2008.
Applicants with prior Boardwalk work experience can contact us directly. Applicants without prior Boardwalk work experience must be interviewed and screened by a representative from InterExchange, Council Exchange, or Intrax. Please refer to those company websites for information about interviews in your home country. Sorry, we do not offer self-arranged jobs.
Students from Canada using SWAP can mail applications to: Work & Travel Program, 400 Beach Street, Santa Cruz, California 95060. We will review all applicants and notify you if you are selected. Please be aware we receive thousands of applications for the 130 or so openings we have each year, so space is limited.
Our Work and Travel Program offers shared living accomodations within walking distance from the beach and Boardwalk. Santa Cruz is a 90 minute drive from San Francisco and only one hour away from beautiful Carmel/Monterey.
Summer in Santa Cruz is sure to be special. Not only will you be working at the West Coast’s only major seaside amusement park, but there’s plenty to do on your off hours. Santa Cruz is a small seaside resort town and a center for recreation and entertainment, sports, fine dining, the arts, and much more!
