It's almost time for SPRING BREAK!
We’ll be open every day from March 15 through 30 (Limited Operations March 17-21) as long as the weather cooperates. And once again our friends at Comcast are sponsoring three fun-filled days of celebrities, bands, fashion makeovers, and lots more.

The Clam Chowder Festival was quite an amazing event this year. With heavy wind and rain in the forecast, cooking teams showed up, equipped with sand bags, tarps and a can-do attitude! Congratulations to the winners, and thanks to everyone who helped make the day a successful fundraiser for Santa Cruz Parks & Recreation. Click here for Cook Off results!

Emily Thomas, head chef at Santa Cruz Mountain Brewery shares her award-winning recipe for Boston Clam Chowder. Try it at home!

Palm trees have just been planted along the colonnade; it’s a great addition to the classic building. So much gets accomplished by Boardwalk maintenance crews over the winter, from landscaping to painting and rebuilding, it’s a non-stop affair!


	Many of you are getting anxious to learn the line-up for the 2008 Friday Night Band series. The schedule is getting finalized later this month, and Big Kahunas will be the first to know! Meanwhile, congratulations to our Friday Night Concert host, Karley Pope. Karley is the proud new mom of an adorable baby boy!


MARCH SCHEDULE
Weather permitting, Boardwalk rides are now open for full operation from 11am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. From March 15 through March 30, rides open every day of the week for Spring Break (Limited Operations March 17-21), weather permitting. Neptune's Kingdom and the Casino Arcade are open every day! Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch Enjoy a delicious Easter Brunch in the beautiful Cocoanut Grove Sunroom on Sunday, March 23. Brunch will be served from 10am to 12:30pm.
