Watch her cackle and infect everyone around her with laughter at the newly-designed ocean side entrance to Neptune's Kingdom on the Colonnade. Sal's been repaired, refurbished and reinstalled after spending years in storage and nearly four decades welcoming visitors to the Playland-at-the-Beach amusement park in San Francisco,  which closed in 1972.
