Friday, Sept 19
5:00-6:00pm: Check-In & Tent Set Up
6:00pm: Welcome Announcements
6:30pm-9:30pm: Dinner at Cave Train Plaza
6:30-9:30pm: Beach Activities
6:30pm-9:30pm: Flashlight Tours
10:00pm: Lights Out
Saturday, Sept 20
6:00am-8:30am- Clean-Up Camp site & Pack-Up
7:30am-9:00am –Continental Breakfast at Beach Amphitheater
9:00am-11:00am – Discover, Connect & Take Action – Classes held in the Beach Amphitheater
11:00am – Park Opens! Self-Guided experience begins!

Please note:
- Registration for Beach Bash is for troops only. Sorry, no individual campers.
- All adults and children must register. For event credits or scholarship, please contact your local Girl Scout Council.
- Adult / child ratio required: 1 Adult to 6 Brownies, 1 Adult to 8 Juniors, 1 Adult to 10 Cadettes and 1 Adult to 12 Seniors.
(There must be a minimum of two adults per troop regardless of size).
- Weather Issues: Severe weather may affect the overnight portion of this event. Registered troop leaders will be notified of any changes.
