Shipping Policy
Your package will ship via either UPS or USPS depending on the
size of the package.
A flat rate of $5.00 will be added to your order for shipping
and handling on UPS Ground and USPS Standard mail shipped orders.
Second Day Air and Next Day Air are available through UPS.
For Second Day Air a $15.00 flat shipping and handling fee will
be charged. For Next Day Air a $20.00 flat shipping and handling
fee will be charged.
Your package should ship 1 to 3 business days after you place
it.
Exchange and Return Policy
You must receive a return authorization number before you ship
an item back to us.
RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
1. PREFERRED METHOD - Send an email to merchandise@beachboardwalk.com with the SUBJECT: RETURN AUTHORIZATON. Include your order number,
name, address, and a brief explanation of why you want to return
or exchange the item(s).
2. You will promptly receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER via
email.
OR
2. If you would like to speak to a live operator - Send an email
to merchandise@beachboardwalk.com with the SUBJECT: RETURN AUTHORIZATON.
Include your order number, name, address, and a brief explanation
of why you want to return or exchange the item(s). At the bottom
of the email include the words “I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO
A LIVE OPERATOR.” Then, include a list of times over the
next few days when you will be available and our representative
will call you promptly. Your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will
be given to you over the phone.
EXCHANGES
If we send the incorrect item or the item arrives damaged:
1. Obtain a return authorization number – SEE “RECEIVING
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” above.
2. Ship the item back to us via UPS or USPS.
3. You will receive your exchanged item after we have received
your box that includes the wrong or damaged item.
4. A check will be sent to you for reimbursement of the shipping
fee you had to pay to return the item(s) to us.
Exchanges cannot be made unless the item(s) is in its unopened
original packaging.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return the
item(s) for full refund less the shipping and handling fees.
1. Obtain a return authorization number – SEE “RECEIVING
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” above.
2. Ship the item back to us via UPS or USPS.
3. Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item(s)
less the shipping and handling fees after we have received your
package.
Returns cannot be made unless the item(s) is in its unopened original
packaging.
